Bitter drinks are a perfect way to begin or end a meal. And what better way to test the theory than dinner and drinks at the highly awarded Provenance Restaurant? This event is a chance to try chef-owner Michael Ryan’s artisanal amaro, liqueurs and bitters in the hands of bar genius, Joe Jones (ex-Romeo Lane, now Purple Pit). He'll be spinning them through a few cocktails, which you'll enjoy pre- or post-dinner in the Parlour Amaro Bar above the restaurant.
