This event is a chance to try Beechworth Bitters Company's small-batch artisanal amaro, liqueurs and bitters in the hands of Michael Ryan, the producer of these beverages and chef of Provenance. Choose to enjoy those cocktails pre- or post-dinner in the Parlour Amaro Bar above the restaurant.
