Enjoy a five-course feast, blending Arlikatti’s South Indian roots and Perera’s Sri Lankan family traditions. The signature hoppers will be on the menu, as well as unique gin cocktails. Perera's mother, Sushila, will be floating around making sure everyone is adorned with a bindi and explaining the fun and joy of eating hoppers with your hands.

An intimate Q&A session will offer a rare glimpse into the creative minds of Perera, Jones, and Arlikatti. The evening will be an exceptional fusion of design, flavours, and entertainment.
