Cicciolina
130 Acland St
St Kilda, 3182
The de facto capital of bayside revelry, it’s safe to assume St Kilda has seen a few bar and restaurant crawls in its time. None, however, as delicious as this, and where else to commence the good times than the mighty Cicciolina?
Paired with a glass of Da Luca prosecco, we’ll kick things off with an entrée of chargrilled octopus served with romesco sauce, and crunchy potato, olive and almond dressing – a fine way to begin.
We’ll then follow food writer Dani Valent and her precision palate to Sorsi e Morsi, where gnocchi with duck ràgu and a glass of Mr Riggs shiraz await. From there, it’s a gentle stroll to The Walrus, a wine and oyster bar that has a salted ice-cream sandwich and a Pedro Ximinez Espresso Martini with your name on it.
