The intimate wine-centric dinner in Circl's private dining room will take you on a journey of discovery. Enjoy a combination of side-by-side and blind tastings, showcasing both iconic wines and newcomers from renowned regions, all expertly selected by sommelier Xavier Vigier (Ten Minutes by Tractor, Merivale Group and Catalina).

Complementing this exceptional wine experience, executive chef Elias Salomonsson (Scott Pickett Group, Vue Group) presents a sumptuous seafood-inspired menu that pays homage to his Swedish heritage and highlights the best seasonal produce.
