CIBI's Okayama Japanese breakfast transports you to the simple delights of rural Japan. Expect a traditional homestyle Japanese breakfast of tamago-yaki, grilled fish, Grandma’s miso soup, pickled seasonal vegetables and rice: a shared food experience served upon local hand-thrown ceramicware. Guests will also be guided into Japan's rich and unique kitchen tool culture through demonstrations and conversations. A homely and personal experience to inspire a love of countryside Japan.
