- Chicken Miguel: marinated chicken, escabeche, aioli, bocadillo crisps
- Jamon croquetta: Spanish pork croqueta
- Anchoa con queso: manchego with anchovy; red pepper for the vegetarian option
- Tortilla de patata: potato, caramelised onion, omelette, aioli, cured egg yolk
- Bocadillo de atún: black buns, tuna, aioli, guindilla, olive, topped with shishito/padron pepper
- Setas tartlets: small tart cases, mirepoix of mushrooms, onion, garlic thyme, breadcrumbs
- Scallop in shell: roe, ajo blanco, roasted almond crumb, parsley oil
- Mini sausage (chorizo/chistorra): rolled in thinly sliced potato, fried, served with aioli and paprika
- Galician octopus: small tentacles served standing up on boiled egg and potato
