Enjoy the best of autumn Yarra produce, cured, pickled and combined with the spent botanicals from the Four Pillars Gin distillation. A share-style dinner will feature all the heavy hitters from the Made From Gin range, including gin-cured salmon, Bloody Shiraz gin Yarra Valley caviar, Stone and Crow moonshine cheese, Bloody Shiraz gin pâté, and rare dry gin botanical chocolate tarts. Winemaker Rob Dolan will also make an appearance, both in person and in the glass.
