Aster invites you to a special first edition of Late Night Supper Club: Siam Soirée. Chef Alex Kaew (Charlong) joins forces with Manny Platsis (Aster) to present a menu of Thai-inspired canapés, showcasing the flavours of regional Thailand, including their signature wagyu chilli basil kaidow.

Matched cocktails will feature big Thai flavours like pandan and makrut lime, DJ sets from Poyen will bring the atmosphere, and there will also be a Thai candle dance performance from Silp Productions. Expect an evening of culinary exploration with Thai twists, all set in Aster’s cosy, loft-style hideaway.
