Inspired by the founding techniques documented by Escoffier, this menu transforms the theoretical brilliance of French cuisine into a living, breathing dining experience. You'll receive a commemorative recipe booklet and can enhance your evening with an optional Burgundy wine pairing, creating a memorable journey through the fundamental building blocks of French gastronomy.
