Sustainable, small-batch producer Kyneton Ridge Estate hosts a Fook Shing pop-up at its Macedon Ranges cellar door. Over a five-course banquet, Kyneton Ridge will match wines to each course and to top it all off will even organise a bus pick up/drop off to Kyneton train station.
