Lanson Place Parliament Gardens brings together the worlds of Indigenous art and food for one night only this Festival. We'll be joined by a group of First Nations artists, who'll share some of the stories behind their work that hangs throughout the hotel, over a three-course dinner inspired by native ingredients.

"Our hotel’s story is rooted in community and creativity, housed in the original 1901 Salvation Army printworks," says the Lanson Place team. "With over 450 pieces of art curated for our space, creativity is woven into our DNA. At this unique dinner, we are proud to feature works from First Nations artists, whose connection to the land serves as the foundation for the event. Each dish will draw on native ingredients, reflecting the depth of Australia’s natural bounty."

Join the Lanson Place team at the intersection of art and food this Festival.
