East Melbourne, 3002

For one night only, Lanson Place Parliament Gardens brings together the worlds of art and food in a special immersive dining experience. This exclusive event will occur underneath the property's stunning indigenous artwork within Chronicle 502 in the lobby. You'll experience a one-off three-course dinner inspired by native ingredients and paired with wine.

The hotel’s story is rooted in community and creativity, housed in the original 1901 Salvation Army printworks. With over 450 pieces of art curated for the space, creativity is woven into its DNA. Each dish in the evening’s menu will draw on native ingredients, reflecting the depth of Australia’s natural bounty.

Come celebrate the intersection of art and food, and experience the rich narratives of both in this unforgettable evening.
