Step into FareShare's charity kitchen in Abbotsford for two unforgettable evenings of culinary creativity and sustainability, in partnership with Wonki Beverages. This dinner will highlight how surplus food can be given new life. In a live demonstration, the kitchen will create an entrée and main course to be paired with a Wonki drink, and it'll all be made from rescued food. Attendees will take home recipes to recreate sustainable dishes and drinks at home, helping to spread the message of reducing waste and embracing seasonal flavours.
