The only event in Melbourne where guests can dine in a chocolate-production kitchen. When it comes to the menu, chefs Alessandro Luppolo and Martina Bresciani focus on responsibly sourced ingredients, executed with thought and care. "Cooking with cocoa is about more than just sweetness," says chef Bresciani. "It's about exploring its depth, its bitterness, its versatility." The duo brings years of international Michelin star experience between them.
