Cardwell Cellars presents a pop-up featuring an Austro-Hungarian buffet, Australia's most exciting young winemakers, with Hungarian musician and cook Zoltan Fesco preparing a Hungarian buffet alongside Austro Bakery of North Melbourne on the Flammekueche – a tarte flambée from Alsace, along with their legendary pretzel rolls, and treats like Elderflower Krapfen, Gingerbread, and Bienenstich (Bee Sting Cake).
