Cardwell Cellars presents a pop-up featuring an Austro-Hungarian buffet, Australia's most exciting young winemakers, and Amy Tanner (MasterChef and ex-Bar Romantica) on the Flammekueche – a tarte flambée from Alsace. We'll enjoy that alongside a big spread of traditional salads and Buschenschank food, including heirloom tomato salads, pickled kohlrabi carpaccio, Austrian potato salad, and more. Meet the winemakers, try some Federweisser – a type of young wine – that most delicious of Austrian soft drinks, and party into the evening.
