Songbird and Anther Distillery are joining forces to showcase the best of the region and offer you a dive deep into the flavours of the regions over dinner.

Experience a world of grilled meats, pickles, ferments and smoky good times thanks to Songbird, the northern Thai restaurant from the Igni team that has fast become recognised as one of the state's best. Doubling down on the deliciousness, Anther will match libations to each of the four courses prepared by the kitchen, working with the spicy, sour flavours of northern Thailand to create an unforgettable cocktail pairing. Anther's Dervilla McGowan and Sebastian Reaburn will also collaborate with chef Nathan Lancaster to craft a one-of-a-kind spirit exclusively distilled for this special event for you to take home as a souvenir.

This dining experience will be sprinkled with presentations and culinary surprises to delight the senses as you dive into the culinary history of the region. Anther will also collaborate with their friends, local shrub creators Curious Cabinet, to ensure the non-alcoholic cocktail pairing on offer is every bit as impressive as the regular offering.
