Head to Barra this Melbourne Food & Wine Festival for a one-of-a-kind Peruvian-Filipino celebration.

Chef Alejandro Saravia (Morena, Barra, Farmer’s Daughters) and Askal's Jon Rivera explore the parallels between Peruvian and Filipino cuisines, highlighting their shared Spanish influence and connection with the land. Together, they present a share-style feast, merging the unique flavours of Latin America and the Philippines.
