Lane's Edge Wine Bar
39 Bourke St
Melbourne, 3000
On the corner of an unassuming laneway at the top end of Bourke Street sits Lane’s Edge, a quiet stalwart of the CBD’s drinks scene. For one very special afternoon and evening, Lane's is delighted to welcome gem of a winemaker Philip Lobley to showcase the phenomenal wines he makes in the Yea Valley.
The same High Country estate is also where Phil and his family grow and harvest produce and hunt and butcher wild venison, all of which chef Gary Dick will put to delicious use as we explore the breadth of Phil's pursuits at Lobley and celebrate fine regional produce.
You'll be welcomed with canapes and a glass of sparkling wine, followed by a three-course meal using produce grown and hunted by the Lobleys, as Phil walks the room, pouring matching wines and and talking about the property and his love of Victorian winemaking.
