The team at Four Pillars will be shaking, baking, pickling and curing all things Bloody Shiraz at their distillery in the Yarra Valley in March. This family-style lunch will feature gin-cured salmon, Bloody Shiraz Gin Yarra Valley caviar, Stone and Crow Moonshine cheese, Bloody Shiraz Gin pâté, and Hunted and Gathered rare dry gin-botanical chocolate tarts. There’ll be live and local music, live and local wine thanks to Payten and Jones, and there’s also a live and local coach service from Federation Square to Healesville.
