Ramen meets Reed House as Luke Findlay brings his traditionally inauthentic ramen from its two hit Supa Ya locations in London to Lonsdale Street.

Luke was sous chef at Ottolenghi's Nopi, where he befriended Mark Hannell and Bec Baker, the founders of Reed House, and it was a ramen rampage throughout Japan with Mark in 2019, in fact, that inspired Luke to start his own ramen business.

Supa Ya, wrote Time Out London, is Luke Findlay’s idiosyncratic and playful take on Japanese cuisine. "He brings a British twist to proceedings: a pie, mash and eel liquor noodle extravaganza isn’t on the menu yet, but that’s the kind of wacky – but not, like, annoyingly wacky – world of fusion we’re working in."

Now they’re getting the band back together for two nights, collaborating on a menu reflecting their working past, their love of ramen and highlighting some great Victorian produce.
