Very Fragrant: Haawm x Dessous

Get set for a contemporary Thai collab with Thai-American chef Dylan Eitharong of Bangkok’s exclusive 12-seat supper club Haawm (aka ‘fragrant’). Dylan joins chef Dan Sawansak at Dessous for a night of loud flavours and ‘punk rock’ Thai with a personal twist.

Dylan’s Bangkok venue books out months in advance, so this is a rare chance to experience his cooking at this scale right on Flinders Lane. Together, he and chef Dan present a shared banquet merging their unique takes on Thai flavour, regional specialties and personal food memories, complemented by the offer of cocktails made just for the event. “Don’t come for ‘authentic’. Don’t come for ‘fusion’,” says Dan. “Just come for loud bites.”
