Bistro Gitan joins forces with Western Plains Pork for a six-course showcase of the power of pork that takes inspiration from right across Europe.

Expect charcuterie from Salt Kitchen, pork cordon bleu, and pork choucroute, just to name a few. Judy Croagh, owner of Western Plains Pork, will be on hand to share her insights and answer any questions you may have. If you're a pork lover, this lunch is a must.
