Repurpose with Purpose

Are you read for a special menu created entirely from items usually considered waste, diverted from landfill or foraged? Each dish on the menu incorporates at least one item that is usually considered a waste product or something not commonly used but still delicious. All profit will be donated to local charity, Feedme, to support people facing food insecurity in the region.
