For this special Iberian edition of Into the Vines, Victorian winemakers and top importers come together for a tasting experience at The Rochey. No wine knowledge is needed; you'll be equipped with a handy glossary of wine terms, a scorecard to rate your favourites, and wine-themed conversation starters to make you a wine expert in no time.
Nibble on a grazing board between sips or elevate your evening with a dinner collaboration from acclaimed Spanish restaurant Añada and The Rochey: chicken ragù canelones, squid ink, corn butter sauce, and fermented chili.
Seeking a deeper dive? Opt for the masterclass, where Añada's chef, Jonty Kübler, will pair bites with wines from each participating winemaker. Guided by sommelier Jay Bessel of City Wine Room, this 45-minute session will explore the terroir, food pairings, and how locally produced wines compare to their Iberian origins. You’ll also have the chance to purchase wines directly from the makers that evening.
