Maker and Monger Fondue Night

There's something about entering Prahran Market after hours that feels slightly illegal. Fitting, given how criminally good Maker and Monger's fondue night is set to be. An interactive night making cheese fondue from the Swiss, Italian and French Alps, guests will craft their own fondue with the guidance of the Maker and Monger team. Start with gougères and bubbles, followed by fresh Dog Creek radishes and whipped beurre de baratte, then endless fondue with all the trimmings.
