Step into a night of refined flavours at hatted restaurant Atria, as chef Michael Greenlaw presents a five-course menu paired with prestigious Bass Phillip wines.
Known for producing some of Australia’s finest chardonnay and pinot noir, Bass Phillip follows organic and biodynamic principles, guided by the lunar rhythms to create wines that capture the elegance of nature.
In a harmonious union of flavour, chef Michael will present a menu celebrating Victoria’s sustainable harvesters, growers, graziers and fisherman, with highlights such as southern rock lobster, Macedon Ranges duck and wild venison.
Each course will be skilfully paired with wines selected by Master of Wine Ned Goodwin, whose expertise will highlight the nuance of South Gippsland’s mineral-rich soils.
This will be an unforgettable evening highlighting sustainability and provenance.
