Dive into a feast that captures the essence of coastal Greece and Turkey with fresh, vibrant, and wholesome ingredients. Executive chef Nick Deligiannis will be serving up a seafood-focussed menu (fried local squid with taramasalata, loukaniko-spiced king prawn skewers, butterflied baby snapper) with Aegean flavours taking centre stage.

Soak up the Melbourne sun while enjoying a spectacular view and be transported to the Mediterranean with the rhythm of the bouzouki.
