Watch as the Amatrice team combines pasta and ragu on large boards in honor of the traditional techniques in Campofilone. Amatrice sources egg pasta exclusively from Campofilone, a small village in Italy that is home to the only certified IGP egg pasta in the world. This melt-in-your-mouth pasta has the highest egg ratio possible, making it rich in protein - the Champagne of pastas if you will.
In this singular pasta experience you'll a delicious aperitivo by Tommy's Booze and spectacular views at Amatrice Rooftop Restaurant, before sitting down to enjoy three courses at Caffe Amatrice including the refined and delicious maccheroncini di Campofilone al ragu, then round out the evening with a special Tommy's Booze x Amatrice cocktail made especially for the event.
You'll take a souvenir home, too, in the form of a small goody bag including a bag of pasta imported all the way from Campofilone.
