Dark Spirits of the Peninsula

This nine-course degustation is a celebration of three of the Peninsula’s top dark spirits producers. Over the course of the evening, you'll try three dark spirits and drink three signature cocktails featuring Bass and Flinders fine brandy, Chief’s Son single-malt whisky and JimmyRum premium rums. It's an event and education not to be missed, with the three founders onsite for this combined masterclass of fine dark spirits, all produced on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
