For one night only, La Sirène Brewing – one of Australia's premier producers of wild and farmhouse ales – will join forces with Gaea chef Mo Zhou and sommelier Charles Duan for a wild-ale dining experience. La Sirène founder Costa Nikias and the Gaea team will take you on a journey of modern-Asian robatayaki cuisine among the French oak barrels of Bar La Sirène.
