Great news for duck lovers Head chef Sheng Fang (RuYi) has created a duck-only menu that pays respect to his Chinese heritage with updated takes on much-loved classics. The four-course dinner will start with a duck salad, followed by a classic Peking duck pancake, then a contemporary duck bao. The main course will be slow-cooked duck in master stock. Expert tip: say yes to the matched Australian wines.
