Mozzarella Making at Afloat with That’s Amore Cheese

Melbourne’s favourite floating restaurant and bar, Afloat, is teaming up with That’s Amore Cheese to throw a mozzarella-making event by the Yarra. Hosted by That’s Amore’s Sicilian-born founder Giorgio Linguanti, guests will be guided through the cheesemaking process and learn how to craft Italian-style cheeses from scratch. The two-hour class will cover all the basics, teaching guests the skills to stretch and shape handmade mozzarella and fresh cheeses.

What’s more, your ticket also includes shared antipasti and a cocktail on arrival, and you’ll get to take your cheese and an “I Love Mozzarella” apron home with you. See you on the Yarra.
