Turkish-born siblings Nada Thomas (chef at HER BAR) and pizza phenomenon Salim Gafayri (Afloat, Bar Nacional, Cecconi's) are teaming up to host a three-day Turkish pide party at HER ROOFTOP. Instead of the usual Thai menu, Nada and Salim will draw on a selection of traditional flavours and unique combinations to offer three different variations of these boat-shaped savoury flatbreads.
