Free ice-cream. Outstanding produce. Is this the most delicious celebration of Victorian produce ever?

We’d like to offer you some ice-cream. For free. And there are no strings attached. But it gets better. This isn’t just any ice-cream. This is five exclusive flavours we’ve developed in partnership with celebrated Melbourne ice-creamery Billy Van Creamy to showcase fine Victorian produce.

You’ve got the nation’s finest eggs and dairy for starters, and then comes magic from some of the best farmers in the state. Would you like to try roasted King Valley walnuts folded through Collins Honey? How about hitting the olive-oil-on-ice-cream trend with Rich Glen Olive Estate’s extra-virgin oil spiked with and salt flakes from Lake Tyrrell Salt Company? Cinnamon myrtle from Chin Chin Farm brings a hint of spice to our brown-butter apple pie ice-cream, loaded with Lard Ass Butter and Envy apples from Montague Orchards, while star producer Meredith Dairy powers the unforgettable goat’s cheese flavour made with dried figs from TT’s Harvest. No dairy? No worries – we’ve also got a delicious strawberry swirl, made with Beechworth Berries fruit that’s entirely free of animal products and lactose.

Our recommendation? Try them all.
