Virginia, why is your honey so good?
Our honey has not been processed. Some honeys are heated when they are made to extract more honey, while some honeys are blended with other honeys, so you don’t know what the origin is. When you buy our product, we can guarantee where it comes from and how it is made. The result is a honey that is smooth with perfect body. It’s our drive, our love, our passion.
Where does your honey come from?
John is always chasing the flowers. Their sites change as the seasons change, but he has his hives across northern and central Victoria. John puts his hives in red gum forests and grey box trees near Nagambie some years. Victoria has some beautiful ironbark forests where John puts his bees. We also produce wild flora honey and make a creamed honey and a cinnamon-flavoured creamed honey, plus beeswax candles, lip balm, and facial balm.
Where can we get your honey?
We sell at farmers’ markets in Echuca and Nagambie and at the cellar door at Tahbilk in Nagambie.
