Turkish-born siblings Nada Thomas (chef at HER Bar) and pizza phenomenon Salim Gafayri (Afloat, Bar Nacional, Cecconi's) are teaming up to host a three-day Turkish pide party on the HER rooftop. Instead of the rooftop’s usual Thai menu, Nada and Salim will offer three different variations of these boat-shaped savoury flatbreads.
The event runs from 11.30am to 4pm. Entry is free, with food and drinks available to purchase on the day.
